Six weeks of accountability to help you stop putting it off and keep showing up for the things that matter to you.
Sometimes we know exactly what we want to change. We even know what we need to do but actually staying consistent with it is another story. That’s where Keep Showing Up comes in.
Keep Showing Up is a six week accountability programme for anyone who has something they want to work towards and knows they’d benefit from having someone in their corner, checking in, encouraging them and helping them stay accountable. Your goal doesn’t have to look like anybody else’s.
Maybe you want to get more consistent with exercise. Maybe you want to spend more time with God, finally start something you’ve been talking about for months, work on your routines, make progress with your business, get more organised or simply start making something that’s important to you a priority.
You choose the goal. I’ll help you keep showing up for it.
HOW IT WORKS
At the beginning of the six weeks, you’ll decide what you want to work towards and what showing up for that goal looks like for you.
Throughout the programme you’ll have individual accountability support from me, including a weekly check in where you can be honest about how the week has gone – what went well, what didn’t, what got in the way and what you’re committing to next.
This isn’t about being told off when you haven’t done something. I know life happens! It’s about having someone who will notice when you’re showing up, encourage you when things feel harder and remind you of what you said you wanted when you’re tempted to let it slide.
THE GROUP SIDE
There will also be a private Facebook group for the people going through the six weeks together. Joining the group is completely optional.
Some people love the encouragement of doing something alongside others. Other people would rather keep their goals and progress private. Both are absolutely fine.
If you join, you can share as much or as little as you want. You don’t need to tell the group the specifics of your goal – you can keep that within your individual accountability with me. The group is simply another place to encourage one another, celebrate the wins and know you’re not the only one trying to keep showing up.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT PERFECTION
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. And you definitely don’t need six perfect weeks.
Keep Showing Up is about what happens when we stop waiting to feel motivated and start consistently showing up for the things that matter to us. Some weeks will be great and some won’t. The important thing is that you don’t let one difficult day or week become the reason you give up altogether. You keep showing up.
THE FOUNDING GROUP
This is the first Keep Showing Up group, so you’ll be part of the Founding Group. I’ll be keeping this first group small, with around 10 people, so I can keep the accountability personal and learn from the experience as I develop Keep Showing Up for the future.

Terms & Conditions – Keep Showing up – 6 Week Programme
By signing up and making payment for Keep Showing Up, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Keep Showing Up
Keep Showing Up is a six week accountability programme designed to help you set personal goals, take consistent action and stay accountable. The programme includes individual accountability support throughout the six weeks, including weekly check ins, alongside the option to join a private Facebook group with other participants.
The Facebook group is completely optional. You can choose whether you want to share your goals and progress within the group or keep the specifics within your individual accountability support.
Keep Showing Up is open to participants aged 18 and over.
2. Your commitment
Keep Showing Up is about helping you take responsibility for the goals you want to work towards. The programme works best when you engage with the check ins, are honest about your progress and are willing to take action towards your goals.
I will provide accountability, encouragement and support throughout the six weeks, but you remain responsible for your own goals, decisions and actions. Everyone’s circumstances and goals are different, so I cannot guarantee a particular result or outcome from taking part.
3. Individual accountability support
As part of Keep Showing Up, you will receive individual accountability support throughout the six weeks.
Weekly check ins will give you an opportunity to reflect on your progress, recognise your wins, identify anything that may have got in the way and decide what you are committing to next. You can also identify what you would particularly like me to hold you accountable for.
Your individual accountability support gives you a space to share the specifics of your goals and progress without having to share those details within the Facebook group. This is accountability support rather than formal one-to-one coaching or counselling sessions.
4. Private Facebook group
There will be an optional private Facebook group for people taking part in the six-week programme. The group is intended to provide an additional space for encouragement, community and accountability. You can choose how much or how little you want to share within the group. You are not required to share the details of your personal goals or circumstances.
Please respect the privacy of other participants. Anything another participant shares within the group should not be copied, screenshotted or shared outside the group without their permission. Anyone behaving in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening or seriously disruptive may be removed from the group.
5. Privacy and confidentiality
Information you share with me individually will be treated with respect and will not intentionally be shared with other participants. There may be exceptional circumstances where information cannot reasonably remain confidential, for example where disclosure is required by law or where there is an immediate serious safeguarding concern.
Although everyone taking part in the Facebook group is asked to respect each other’s privacy, I cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. You should therefore only share information within the group that you feel comfortable sharing with others.
Personal information collected as part of your registration and participation in Keep Showing Up will be used for the purpose of administering and delivering the programme and communicating with you about your participation.
6. What Keep Showing Up is and isn’t
Keep Showing Up provides accountability, encouragement and practical goal-setting support. It is not counselling, therapy, medical or mental health treatment, financial advice or another regulated professional service. The programme is not intended to replace appropriate professional advice or support. If something arises during the programme that falls outside the scope of the accountability support I provide, I may encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Your 14 day cancellation period
When you purchase the programme online, you normally have 14 days from entering into the contract to change your mind and cancel. If you cancel within this period before the programme has begun, you will receive a full refund.
If you expressly request for Keep Showing Up to begin during your 14 day cancellation period, you can still cancel during the remainder of that period. However, you may be required to pay a reasonable proportion of the programme price for the part of the service that has already been provided.
8. Cancellation after the 14 day period
Keep Showing Up is purchased as a complete six week programme rather than as individual sessions. If you decide that you no longer wish to continue after your 14 day cancellation period has ended, please contact me as soon as possible.
Any refund will take into account the part of the programme already provided and any reasonable losses resulting directly from your cancellation. Any refund due will be considered fairly based on the individual circumstances and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Choosing not to participate in the weekly check-ins or optional Facebook group does not, by itself, mean that the programme has been cancelled.
9. If I need to make changes or cancel the programme
Occasionally, circumstances outside my control may mean I need to make a reasonable change to how part of the programme is delivered. If this happens, I will let participants know as soon as reasonably possible.
If I have to cancel the programme and am unable to provide part of the service you have paid for, an appropriate refund will be provided for the part of the programme that has not been delivered.
10. Respectful participation
Keep Showing Up is intended to be a supportive and encouraging environment. Participants are expected to communicate respectfully with me and with other participants. I reserve the right to remove someone from the programme in exceptional circumstances involving abusive, threatening, discriminatory or seriously inappropriate behaviour. Any refund entitlement in these circumstances will be considered fairly and in accordance with your statutory rights.
11. Statutory rights
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
By completing the sign-up process and making payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
